The hotel was great and it offered great facilities, cheerful staff and simplistic check in and check out process. In addition, our room was cleaned daily during our 8 day stay without needing to ask. The breakfast had a good spread making our 8 days stay okay as the meals didn't get boring. What we loved most was the noise cancellation, in that we never heard any plane noises at all even though we were right opposite terminal 3. When we arrived, we opted for the taxi because we had read reviews that the shuttle was hard to find. However, during our stay we used the shuttle to connect to the metro stop at terminal 3 and the shuttle was dependable and a great addition. We also never heard a single noise from the ongoing renovations. We couldn't even if anything was ongoing or they had finished.

We wanted to maximize our sleeping time at a hotel near the airport, so we looked for one with a shuttle. Even though we arrived after midnight to Dubai, we were assured that the shuttle would pick up every half hour. So, we found the location outside Terminal 1 and the shuttle arrived within 15 minutes. A short drive away, and we were checking in to our room. The hotel is a great transit hotel and had a nice, simple cafe for food at any time of day. We didn't eat, so I can't rate the food, but it looked easy to get some food on the go. In the room, it was quiet, comfortable and all the facilities in the bathroom were new, clean and working well. The bed was comfortable and the AC worked well. This is what you need when you want to rest in the midst of long flights.

I recently stayed at the Premier Inn Dubai International Airport Hotel and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, making it an ideal choice for travelers. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, ensuring a pleasant stay. I would like to extend my heartfelt appreciation to Kamal and Riju at the reception for their exceptional service. They were incredibly helpful, friendly, and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. Additionally, Bikas, the security guard, was always vigilant and courteous. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay memorable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai.

The airport shuttle bus was regular and handy, stayed here when we arrived in Dubai in the early hours of the morning and also when we departed in the early hours of the morning and we didn't have to wait very long for the shuttle service both times. Very handy for the airport, rooms are clean and spacious. Tea and coffee making facilities and complimentary bottles of water, TV with internet and free very good Wifi. Nice swimming pool on roof terrace, we just looked around didn't actually go in and had a really good buffet breakfast. There is also a Costa on site.

We were told we just missed the shuttle, but 10 minutes later it pulled up. Our housekeeper Soc, was so kind and helped us with extra towels and water since we were going to be out the room for just a short bit.
